What if you recruit 20 people a year? Think about what would happen if you recruited 50 people in a year.

I know a lot of people says it’s too hard to build a MLM organization by yourself. Find three people and work with those three to get a leg going. However, if you are a recruiter and can’t help yourself, try recruiting 50 people in one year.

After recruiting people, I spent a lot of time training them on the product and how to recruit. Sure, there were times during the first couple of years when I wondered if I was ever going to make any money. A few times, I felt discouraged, but I never, ever gave up. Keep the power of your dream. The vision of a better life.  Have a passion for what you are doing. You are changing lives and you will see evidence of that every day. Love your products, and believe in them. Be true to yourself. Don’t represent a product you don’t believe in.

Your big checks will come when you start bringing a huge volume of sales into your company. A lot of people doing nothing will not bring you a fat paycheck. You will begin earning more than $100,000 a year when your team brings in huge volumes in sales annually to your company. Count on it. The more leaders you have, the faster this will happen. You need leaders. Be patient, keep recruiting and duplicating yourself over and over. The money will come.
